This dress is so cute and is very flattering!!

Tried on in store. I liked the fit in the body The fabric was also thin and oddly stiff. Didn’t seem like great quality, so was a pass for me. I personally also found the puffy sleeves too extreme, but obviously that is personal preference.

Will the dress still fit knee length for a M 9’ 10” to person

Assuming you meant 5'10" rather than 9'10", our model is also 5'10" and wearing a size XS. Since length only increases by 0.5" between XS and M, the dress should fall in essentially the same spot on you as shown on her, maybe just a touch longer, keeping it at or very close to knee length.
