Our Missionary Subscription Box is meant to be a small reminder that you are loved, supported, and deeply appreciated for your service.

Inside each box, you'll find a mission-approved dress, thoughtfully selected to be comfortable, stylish and perfect for the important work you're doing. The dress is seasonally relevant and from our current collections. You'll also receive one accessory item; something simple and versatile that can be worn or shared with their companion, another missionary, or even a member in your area.

Before each shipment, you’ll have the opportunity to choose from two alternate dress options, ensuring you receive a style that feels right for you. An email will go out a week before each shipment that showcases the three dresses— our selection for the dress of the month and two alternate options to choose from. Be sure to subscribe to our marketing emails to receive the Missionary Subscription Box reminder each month.

How much does the subscription cost?

The Missionary Subscription Box is $75 + tax per month, plus tax.

All boxes within the contiguous U.S. will ship free with standard shipping. There is a shipping surcharge for orders sent to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories and Canada.

Can I send this subscription anywhere?

At this time, we are able to ship the Missionary Subscription Box within the US, US territories and Canada.

When will my first box ship?

First-Time Orders:

  • You are charged and your order for this month's style ships right away.

Recurring Orders:

  • Your new style is processed on the 8th of every month.
How often will I receive my box?

You can expect to receive your subscription boxes monthly, with recurring subscription orders processed on the 8th of each month.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions can be managed in the subscriber's customer portal.

To navigate to the customer portal, click the account icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you're logged in, there is a "Manage Subscription" button on the Profile tab.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time through your customer portal prior to the next billing date.

Can I choose the style or color of the dress?

Dress styles are curated by our team to keep things simple and stylish. While you won’t choose the exact style or color, there are three dress options to choose from every month; One pre-selected dress of the month and two alternate styles.

Can I choose the size of the dress?

Yes, you'll be able to select a dress size when you first subscribe.

If you ever need to switch the size, you can make the change within your customer portal before your next order!

Can I choose the accessory each month?

One accessory is included in each Missionary Subscription Box and is thoughtfully chosen by Downeast.

Can I swap or exchange items?

Prior to each order, subscribers will receive an email one week before the orders are processed about the dress options for the upcoming month. You will have the option to select from 2 alternative styles in addition to our selection each month.

Be sure to subscribe to our emails in order to receive these each month. If you don't see an email by the end of the day on the 1st, check your junk folder!

The dress selection will need to be made in the customer portal prior to the 8th of each month. We are unable to accommodate changes for orders that have already been processed.

If a dress isn't a perfect fit, we kindly ask that you consider gifting it to another missionary or someone in need rather than returning it.

When your mission comes to an end, simply contact Downeast Customer Service and we’ll be happy to set up a credit for you to shop in-store or online and choose a dress of their own.
