I’ve not used it but if I needed to, it would be a good thing.
I was asked to rate package protection. The protection itself is great. Asking customers to pay for said protection is a major issue for me. I feel like this should already be included with the shipping costs (no I don’t mean up your shipping costs either).

Our optional Package Protection simply adds an extra layer of coverage and convenience. It allows us to handle any lost, stolen, or damaged package claims directly, without requiring you to file paperwork or wait for the shipping carrier’s investigation. Many customers appreciate it for the faster resolution and peace of mind, but it’s completely optional at checkout.
I don't think anyone should have to pay extra for package protection. I'm seeing this more and more. This is just false advertising of the initial price when you're hit at the checkout with this. Sneaky....
