Cute but sleeve cuffs are a little tight. This one fits best with high or mid waisted pant/skirt.

Love the color and the row of buttons on the sleeves. I did go up a size so it wasn't so tight around my torso. Made the sleeves puff a little more, which I love. I love my dressy thermal!
